And here's my suggestion to switch each color to bring between a word mark and the logo a better look, even if the end of e and T wasn't centered on the crest.

I find that centering the gap between the e and T letters, will result in unbalanced looks and proportions. Here's my option to bring "one" with different font. How does it feel?

Thank you, it is definitely taking shape! The decorations on top you can do away. I find the black T is currently a little too dominant so that the 1 goes down a little. You can also bring some suggestions with other colors.
