Not totally sure yet if we need that, but it is a possbility. And this will be our brand for a long time, so we want to consider the logo in use in different situations.

We have seen two of the top five done in a black and white version to be used in different environments...how would this one translate to black and white?

honestly, it seems an original take . no one has done it, and not too many logos have this layout.
uniqueness sells :) (at least i hope )

We don't...we are letting this new branding phase dictate an entirely new font. Just something a little less rounded, make more globally strong/bold.

on the right side of he mark? And have the two lines of text be left justified?
