Thanks for your compliments to my logo concept, I'm glad that you found it appropriate to your brand. I can submit new concept with the icon on the lefthand side of the text but to do that I need to be ranked at 1st position because we are at selection phase and only 1st ranked designer can submit new entries. That's how this platform works.

The concept of the logo is based on abstract icon which combine number 1 and letter O. The icon is pointed up word right which represent growth and progression with intention to trigger positive reaction to startup owners
