One Bite ColumbusLogo Design Contest

I love the playful design and the separation of "One Bite" and "Columbus" Is it possible for the gray square to be actually something recognizable? like a piece of food that is gotten biten off of?

entry #9- I like the piece of fruit. the "One Bite" Seems a bit cramped a bit hard to read inside the peach though

I will work on the text in the peach... or could be an apricot even .. trying for a generic juicy fruit...
my first thought was chocolate - but very hard to show well graphically.
