Here I used and anchor because La Crosse is a city on the Mississippi River.

here I used a feather to suggest that the patients feel comfortable dealing with the delicacy of the procedures.

Since you wanted something creative in the "O", I thought of incorporating a sun because it is bright, warm and welcoming.
