To clarify a bit... Consider a college mascot for the personified icon. Think of a service professional, who is happy and committed to being ontime. Does not have to be a clock, but should have a clock built in.
Thank you for your design. Not quite what I am looking for. More of a mascot type of character. Text needs to be more readable - for example a large outdoor advertisement.
