I take it this is suppose to represent a glass with some ice cubes, But the ice cubes never float like this.
The splash would be difficult to translate on tee shirts.

It is an abstraction of the concept that you understood. It can be done in 2 solid colors with no gradient that will translate well onto a screen print OR embroidery - as that is the primary business of BusinessBuilders I would be sure the design could be printed on various items with all techniques from engraving to pad print or offset print.

here are other options that do not use any gradients to make it easy to silkscreen.

using the different types of glasses used for different drinks - you can use them in different configurations for different projects within your branding. a shirt with all the types of glasses across the front and back would be very effective and you can make a 'game' of it to identify them...

the glass selection is nice, lets play with it a little with the font.

are there specific fonts or font styles that you prefer? simple / script / fancy?
