Let me know what happens next. This is the logo we want but we do have a couple minor changes. Font and red underline. But we like the size of the key being bulky. Thank you soooooo much!

Minimal tweaks from our team's sales meeting this am:
1) Please change the font to more modern, slim font.
2) Script at bottom should read "Your Real Estate Team" with a red swoop of an underline under Your.
3) Can the skyline look a little more true to life like our original logo appears? We get the concept of it looking like a key so just a little more true to life would be great.

I think we are now leaning away from the key concept although our team really does love it. Several of our competitors have a key in their logo - one of which we compete with in a neighborhood so that is holding us back. Love the lines of this. Is there a way to integrate some houses or rooflines in front of the skyline to allow for a residential feel? The skyline defines our city but houses define what we do. Also, let's see one with the words Your Real Estate Specialists. And, Charlotte in a different font. Slimmer more modern font please. Thank you so much!

Good first impression but still needs warmth somehow and font is not favorite. I do like the key and skyline concept and that style of key is great.
