#23 This is a good beginning in several ways. The small to large lettering invokes the motion we're looking for, yet the double motion lines kind of stop it short. I'd almost prefer if those were extended into an actual road, but they could be dropped off and the letters themselves would lend motion (I think) to the overall look. The "learning" is too small, and car is a bit boxy for my taste. The wheels are unusual in a good way in that the way you've designed them, the hubcaps look recessed into the tires. Interesting.
