Will you use the colors of #37 and use #27 layout? Also make the On Q font size a little larger.

We like #55 but we need property and management the same size. Move the On Q design on top of property management like #32. Use your design in #55 just make the On Q large and centered over property management

We like much of #85: the chimney, the darker gold, the windows, and the blue background. But we like the road (or the tail of the Q) as you have it in #121. However, we would like the point of it to come to the middle of the Q and not so far to the left.
