I do like your submission, but #1 has the edge right now. There's something about the font (I think it's the font) that doesn't appeal to me so much on your submission. I like the dog and how "K9 Training, LLC." is done. I don't really have any good suggestions but good you play with the font some? I think I'd like a slightly darker blue too.
