I just submitted a revision. I hope the gap is fine. However please note that when the contest is over, you will receive source files. That means that in any printing shop, they will be able to adjust size, spaces, remove text etc.
About the ON A TENDER part, we are not allowed to make any deals before the end of the contest but since it is the exact same design I do not see a reason to not agree :-)

I like this one the best of all you've submitted. Where this will be positioned on my boat this logo will need a 2 or three space gap between the bottom of ON A BENDER and the top of GRAND HAVEN, MI. Also, if I award it to you which is likely, I'll need an exact duplicate that says ON A TENDER instead. No need for the GRAND HAVEN part. Thanks!
