A couple more thoughts (not sure how they'll look):
- try the dark blue for the circle
- keep current color on the circle but instead of the space between the circle and A, use the dark blue on the outer part of the circle for more some contrast with the A.

Is it possible to get the + a little less distorted without losing the circle?

Can you try one with the + and H connected and a solid color to see if the + element is still visible (but a little more subtle)? Or maybe connected but still different colors?

Can you do this with Health, instead of healthcare, and also one with a shield-ish element
