I'm really sorry, I can't put the logo as a background as your suggestions.
I saw other designer did first, that's mean other designer or me can't do same concept, except the idea (put logo as a background) is your or came from your then all designer allow to do same concept.
I tried with other variations here, hope you like them.

Looks great! You have the best logo image! Is there a way to see an option where you take the image out of the O in Omni and put it in the background of the Text. Another submission had tried to do that but the logo they made isn't quite right

Can you add LLC after Omni. And maybe an option with the line Honor the past, Enjoy the Present, Plan for the Future
