In reference to #2.

1) Let's get rid of the soccer player bouncing the ball

2) Can we have the world map with some kinda graphic showing that we are exporting out of Brazil to the rest of the world?

Feel free to get creative and a bit more abstract with how the map will look like. Remember, I want this to be luxurious, serious, elegant, professional, show stability.

3) Can you get rid of the "Management"? Let's have just "Futebol". You might wanna change the line in the middle to account for this change.

4) Font: I want the "Oliveira Souza" to have a more luxurious, serious, elegant, and professional font. Here are some examples:

I will let you decide the style of the font for the "FUTEBOL", you can keep it the same as "Oliveira Souza" or if you prefer another one for design reasons that's ok.

5) Colors:

Map: Black
Oliveira Souza: Only black, or a combination of black and gray
Futebol: Gold. Try to resemble the yellow/gold in the Brazilian soccer team jersey: http://static.goal.com/392400/392472_heroa.jpg
