What if you could put a wood texture frame around the diamond shape and give it a drop shadow so it looks like a chunk of wood nailed on top of the wooden sign
Good use of OG! Not sure about the cyan blue color.
Perhaps the diamond shape could be bright red, and the other blue lines could be a beige, or more subtle lighter brown.
Lastly, I think the font style of Old man is distinct but It's almost too old and ornate-
The wood look I like. I like the design elements in general.. just the old fashioned font and blue color keep me from liking this one more.
Nice approach. I like the wood vibe in the background.. Would ike to see some more red and blue color treatment.. perhaps just changing the greenish gray circle to a darker, vibrant blue

Or per my previous direction.... find some old wood stock image to make a frame around the diamond as if it were in a frame of sorts

The square out to the right.. would be a color. Maybe bright Red or blue box with white type- The OG is such an important element to the logo-.

The old man words can stay in the font it's its in but I think using something simpler in the circle type and for th OG would help this one out..
