its obviusly represent odin's eye, who sacraficed his eye for wisdom/knowledge, with modern approach of course. Its look alike labirint too represent curiousity and mistery. center point to represent focus on purpose/goal.

Like this it’s likely to appear against different backgrounds so would prefer if the logo itself had some color.
