maybe also try some darker navy blue accent colors and try "Ocean View" in black with "Builders in a darker blue and same font as "Ocean View"

Can you try taking out the gray and using a dark navy blue as an accent color instead? And can you enlarge "Builders" just a little bit, maybe spread the letters a little bit?
