Ocean View BuildersLogo Design Contest

I like the basic concept of #5 and #6 very much. I'm wondering if we can put some color, maybe navy blue into the house graphic rather than so much gray. Also, I like the symmetry of #6, but the graphic looks too much like a mountain...some graphic in between #5 and #6, perhaps?

I like the idea of integrating the business name with simple graphics of homes with ocean/beach subtleties. Also, incorporating a border surrounding the logo so that it can be easily put onto a colored T-shirt would help.

I've gotten some feedback from friends and they like the colors and font of #30. No one seems completely sold on the roof and window graphic, though and after seeing the symmetrical designs, think maybe symmetry is not necessary. Do you have any other ideas for the roof/window graphic. The color scheme and the blues used are good. Lastly, could we enclose the logo in a border, maybe an oval so that it can be put onto a colored T-shirt? I think we are getting close...

On the rooflines, I like them better without the taper edges

[UPDATE] #31 and #32
In this logos, i tried to put some white border in "Ocean View Builders" words, and then
the old roof style in #31 and the new one in #32.

NOTE: i also change the square windows with the half oval windows, less point on the tapre edges, and finally i also change the water style in the bottom of the logos..

I think I like the idea of having "Ocean View" on one line and " Builders" below and in different colors. Also, I'm afraid the whole design is getting a little too complicated. I think the problem I'm having is the roofline graphic. I think it's too big and complicated. The color scheme is right on. Also, I like the original waves and I like the oval border in #46.

A few last things to try before this thing ends. I like #64 best. Just wondering if we could try "Ocean View" in black and "Builders" in blue. Also, I'm curious what it would look like with the waves under the house, but on top of "Ocean View Builders". I really appreciate all your work.
