Sorry, still think the "ODS" is confusing, even to me -and I know what I'm looking at. If you want to try something completely different, I'd be happy to review and comment, but I think this is a dead end.
Maybe I can clarify our business a bit. We design and build custom experimental "listening" and "sound generation" electronics for research in sonar and underwater acoustics. These systems are used near the surface or in water as deep as 20,000 ft. Sometimes they have buoys on the surface, sometimes they are completely hidden, or on the ocean bottom. An example of a design is a high power sound source that can be deployed from a surface boat to mimic navy sonars to study the effect on Marine mammals. We also build instrumented cables that are towed behind unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). UUVs look "torpedo-like". A graphic of a torpedo-shaped vehicle towing thin cable might be interesting.
110 is interesting. The horizontal blue lines obviously makes me think "waves". And the round blue thing could be a buoy. One of the things we do is make buoys with radio transmitters that transmit to ship or satellite. So here's a thought ...what if on those rings above the buoy, you shorten them to just cover an arc from the "1 o'clock" to the "2:30" position. This will evoke "radio waves" emitting from the buoy.
