I may be going with a 3rd line of text: "Custom System Design and Fabrication" at the bottom.

Maybe in italics,
Maybe separated by a horizontal line

I like the darker blue in 85 better, but like the way you shaded the blue from light to dark in 76. Can you revise 85 to shade the blue from light to dark? Along with the above?

How about shortening the last line to just " Custom Design and Fabrication"? If it's too short to be the same length as the line above it, maybe try short lines on each end?
