-----Healthworks------ should be more prominent. Please use Fritz Quadrata or Avenir family of fonts.

I like this concept. I like the "gear" if that's what that symbol is denoting health works/working. Nice job. HEALTHWORKS should be included/standout as its the focal point of the logo. OCCUPATIONAL & ENVIRONMENTAL MEDICINE should be included too but can be much smaller font as long as it's readable. Please use Fritz Quadrata or Avenir font. FQ is font used in our main logo at www.acoem.org.

Should be OEHF.
