I like your concept. Could you also develop a concept based on the seed of life (link below), and integrate it with nature.

Also, another ideia is to have a leaf with a butterfly cocoon hanging from it. Could explore this concept as well?

Dear Defour, on 117, we like the design very much, however feel that the black background makes the logo top heavy.

To represent this point, cocoon or butterfly is the best element. Cocoon is more emphasize in "process" and butterfly is more focus in "result". So, i think butterfly is the great symbol for your business.
Why use leaf-butterfly? Leaf-butterfly is one of animal that use a camouflage (BLEND WITH NATURE) as their deffense. That's like your method, blend with nature.
