Here is my initial depiction of the logo you had sketched. Each individual is similar to the others, yet different in their own way (whether it be flesh, eyes or mouth) as we are all unique in Christ's eyes.

thanks for your submissions. the cross is too heavily Christian and while we do sing gospel music, we are after all an interfaith group of people

here are some of the feedback i got from our panel regarding your designs:
- good feedback regarding the faces, and the musical notes
- it might be a good idea to simplify the musical notes to make it less "busy" and more versatile when scaling back and forth
- adding more depth/dimension

Here is a revision of that latest one you re-ranked. I added some more variations and depth within the layout of the faces, and I also added some more color depth and shades on everything else.
