For Entry#1, can we see it without the ring around the tree and with Oak on one line and then property management on another line in green?

I like #28 & #30, but it should read Oak and then on another line Property Management.

Also I would like property and management to be the same size.

Lastly, I wouldn't mind seeing it in a san serif more contemporary font as well.

I like a lot of the variations, but it is hard to judge until you get the correct name. We are Oak Property Management not Oak Management Property.

Also could you a create a version where the logo is circle without the bottom of the tree sticking out.
