Here is i try O as bus well

On the right track! Try some different color variations and even try making the O a different font from everything else. Really want the O to stand out.

How about this

Remove the bus and the stars, he only would like to see the name of the company. He would like to see something less "cartoon" with the letters. He was thinking the neon sign look. The O needs to be large and focal point.

I am trying to get feedback from the owner. I do know he would like to have the O as the main focal point. Also, maybe send something without the bus being as large. Give us some different aspects to look at.
