Truckin' for the Troops - O'Halloran InternationalLogo Design Contest

I would like this to be simpler and cleaner and use less color and. i like the round shape. this design has helped me figure out the priority order of things:
1. Truckin for the Troops is primary message.
2. visual connection to the truck (abstract) is important.
3. need to be able to reproduce this in B & W or color

could you take the company name - ohalloran international - off of both of them? on the first one could you keep the diamond in the grill, but with no design in it - plainer?
