Graduate the colors in NYS AHPERD but using the dark blue as the base (like in #269 but using the current blue instead) - make the blue in the figure match the gradiation of the lettering -

We keep coming back to this: option for - making "Years" a bit smaller and "1924-2024" a little bigger; Intersect (slightly) the "100"; try the figure in just 2 colors - maybe gold and blue?;
