NYPDLogo Design Contest

This looks cool. The territory we cover is New York City (all 5 boroughs), Long Island, and Statin Island. If you could use that as the back drop that would be better.

If you could outline the NYPD in entry #38 in black and change the grey lettering to black, that would be better.

For #38, I'd like to see it in with a black border around it and with black letters at the bottom, instead of grey.
Also, I'd like to see what it looks like if it were all in black and red.
