The name is New York Paramount Division, not Powerhouse. My mistake. I have edited my original comment to reflect the correct name. Also, yes you are moving in the right direction. Also, the territory is New York City (all 5 boroughs), Long Island, and Staten Island. If you could use that as the backdrop instead of the entire state, that would be great.
