Can you move the colored graphical element to the left side of the words? So that the whole logo can fit like in a rectangle so to speak.
Can you make the graphical element design to look slightly more evident to be an 'N' and a 'V'? And also how would it look using gradients color of the blue and the grey (instead of light brown and aqua colors)?
