Better. Keep this version 'as is'. And please make another version using the same blue gradient of the rest of the icon. Don't highlight the N using a different color. Leave all the white lines that you created with no changes, including making no changes to the white lines that form N.

Too much color. and gold is not a desirable color for hospital products. For packaging most probably we will be able to use only two colors besides white. For marketing brochures we will be able to use color gradients.

How about leaving all the white lines in the icon as they are now, but get rid of the grey (of the N). Then, the N can have the gradient blue color that the rest of icon has.

Can you move the circle to the left side? So that the whole logo can fit like in a rectangle so to speak.
And can you use different font types? We like the circle, we think it could represent 'skin'. Can you design a circle that has a similar feel but shows the 'N' for NuVeria?

These blueish droplet shapes are too similar to a shape that is trademarked by a competitor. We cannot use them.
