I like both 12 and 41. The partnership of medical and manufacturing.
I think 41 is cooler, but am concerned how it would look without the shadows/backlighting. Can you show that? This would be used for print (letterhead/cards, website and embroidery (shirts.)
Also, could you try with initial caps only on 41?

I like 45 and 42 a bit more than 12 as the design shows a bit of forward progress. Could you work the "LTD" into the bottom on 42?
