I consulted my team and this logo is the preferred one for many. I finally have made up my mind about a name:

In English:
Pelletier Consultants
Autism and other Developmental Disorders

In French:
Pelletier Consultants
Autisme et autres Troubles du Développement

This LOGO gives me the impression of people working as a team to solve problems which is really the main activity of my company. There is a little something missing but I am not sure what....

Like the colors and the fact that you are building a structure. Could the puzzle piece look a liitle bit more like human suppoting one another. Hope my idea is clear...
