I like your treament of Be Heard. I like the block letters for NTS. I like the colors. Try a tapered, wedge-shaped style for the lines as in the #1 ranked design.

#12 - Change Be Heard to PMS 201C red. Make the lines wedge-shaped tapering to the outside. Change the line color to medium gray.
