Two thoughts. The people part still isn't working for me. In addition, in the Iron Man analogy, there is one individual that is really empowering the others, so perhaps a central figure with all the others working together in a sense.

One reservation I have with the graphical element is that it appears that one person’s head is adjacent to the next person’s rear-end. That doesn’t really work for me.
