See comment on other about the people, but I like the look of the dark background, lightning bolt along the bottom, etc.

This still seems to have a bit of an angelic motif. In addition, if you think about the imagery from which the scene is taken, the people are not in a peaceful, serene state. They are falling from an airplane. People in need are usually not in such a state either, and they need help. So, the image doesn't really convey some of the ideas I'm looking for.

The people still don’t look great in this one.

Like the idea, but could it look a little less like angels even though that isn't a bad motif given that it is a charitable organization trying to do good.
