Try this wording with different image in background

We like the look of this logo. The organization is built on having three sources that funnel into the NPS Discovery, so this logo reflects that well. Could we move the NPS down with discovery and have everything in the image converge in the center? We are also worried about the level of detail in the design and how it would display on apparel.

Could the white background behind "NPS Discovery" either stretch the length of the wording or be removed?

Would like this better if the "NPS" was more clearly defined.
