Put the light blue on top.

Make the "O" a normal letter using the "OCEANA" font. Then take that stylized "O" icon and move it up above the NOVUS so it's stacked and much larger so it's 50% of the OCEANS word width.

Try one making the Novus smaller and the Oceana larger. Then Make the "O" in Novus a regular font and make the stylized treatment of the "O" in the Oceana word instead.

We like this clean version.
