process developing design?
I usually work the following reference from a client (links, comments from clients is very helpful) without it all like a blind :)
for example; trying to find the article / link about the company in question
and makes it different from the existing company logo ......
after the offering and client disliked / agree
I begin to develop (for the contest rank. and comments are very important ..... it will produce a perfect design )

Regarding Entry 10: I like the design b/c it projects a warm, family feeling but forgive me but it could be a little generic. I like the oval shapre acting like arms around the people. Could it be refined to reflect a N perhaps??

Re number 17: It is creative icon. It would be great if the intertwining arms created somethink like a N also, maybe only use these three fisgues. Intertwining is an excellent metaphoe and projects interaction and compassion. Thank you, Sevi.
