Thanks a lot for your feedback and for considering my design.

Just a few points I would like to highlight concerning my entries :

-The Shield is a strong symbol of PROTECTION
-The Copyright symbol is half visible, just to illustrate the intellectual property stolen and used in a similar kind of way.
-like Scott said in your contest comment box, you might have problem using the copyright symbol. But not with the way I used it.

I played with the first letters of your name, so the "NM" in gold/metal for classy but still protective.
