OK this is a top contender with some changes -it is a bit too busy -take out some of the chutes - make clear "O guy" chute not opening - maybe take out or make smaller the red splat - they fear people will take it wrong!
You are definitely on the right track somewhere between # 28 and #45

they decided that this is a bit too complicated. They want a simple design that focuses on the one who innovates rather than the one who dies.

Really like your style though and hope you will try a different concept.

I can see the two working together the one that innovates has a big smile and the one who is stuck is frowning. Will show them and get their thoughts.
