Like the 3D look on the Norvise

Fly is still a little off. maybe google "classic salmon fly patterns" for some inspiration

Can we tweak a fewthings;
can you move the vise so it is part if the I and not part of the N
Can we take the two tone color out of the Norvise, it looks like it is a folded piece of paper.
Can we tone the feathers down a bit on the fly, it is too big.
Can we incorporate some of the brackets like on the March Madness Basketball logo
Can we make the orange coloring a little closer to a shade of red

maybe make the 2021 orange and the tip of the fly a shade of purple. Really like the brackets

Add some other bright colors not just the Blue. Looking for something with bright colors not just the one.

We would like a more colorful logo. Your fly also looks too much like an arrow in this one.
