Hello, interesting thin happened, I turn the icon 180 degree, and we have an arrow pointing "Northwest". How about that. Anyway, here's the revised logo with the slogan.

Entry #2 I really like the font and letters. The compass is busy and is like one of our logos in the past. If you can give the compass a more modern look this might work.

Entry #44 and #45 I really like the font and letter color, just not sold on the logo part. You are on the right track though. If you have time would love to see a few more ideas
