It looks to me like the spacing is slightly off (too narrow) between the letters r & t...can you check? I like this!

Like the current vivid orange but it reminds me of a local peers logo colors. Perhaps a vivid blue or green version??

I like the current look and simple nature. Would be neat to see a couple similar variations. Maybe some color variances as well. Nice start!
