Explanation about design:
#55: Lettermark design (letter "n" by blue, and "C" by red). You can find it some people (group) join in a 'place" together for better carrier lesson. I made people using swosh element because I want to give technology meaning behind it. I made it simple for printing cost n use.
#57: People run on the top of bars. It symbolilze about getting better carrieer. A place where you can learn how to get better for carrier.

I like #105 with the larger letters. Can you "stairway the letters up as the bars are too? I like where the "N" is, but I would have the first "C" up towards the top of the bar as the "N" is and the third "C" even higher. What do you think?

I think it's a good idea if you want to play with the meaning. It's symbolize that Northland Career Center always grow up.

Okay...Really like #110. Can you make the entire left side bigger? The whole figure left of the text. This one is really growing on me. Thanks.
