Good job on the compass in the O of Northland, looks sharp, unsure about 47, 48.
As for the green to ripe orange/yellow, could we see a logo where you have that transition all at once instead of in the strips / lines? Know what I mean? Thanks so much. Cheers.

Your contest is in "blind" mode, meaning that you`re the only one who can see all the entries of all designers. I can see only my entries. This measure was implemented so that we, the designers, don`t get influenced by others` designs and submit only our ideas.
Now, the "N" as a compass rose is considered a concept itself and it belongs to the designer who implemented it first. I can`t use that idea because it wouldn`t be fair game. More on "blind" phase here:

Since your company name is Northland (cardinal point "North"), I consider that a compass rose is a fair game for everyone. Therefore, I included it in different and more suitable ways, I consider.

Just an idea wonder about transitioning the lower part from green into orange. Representing the crop at early stages moving into the ripening stage. Not sure how it would look with blue above though...
