Here's some more feedback...
Could you expand the VERTICAL lettering so the L is in line with NORTHERN, so the L shape is a normal looking L. Also, I would like to see the A in black.
I would like to see the words: Health & Adventure, below the logo, using the blue and orange colors. Thanks

I sent some adjustment hopeness you like,for the letter O in Northern logo is the concept of other designers, I can not copy it because it violates the rules of LT,

I would like to see the logo/image simplified by consolidated them. Please make the mountain/sun image the O in NORTHERN. That way both the company name and image are one.

Also, I would like the I in VERTICAL to be vertically in line with the T in NORTHERN. That would make it slightly easier on the eyes.

One other suggestion is to make the A in VERTICAL the blue color. That may not be a good change but I am interested in see that change. I think the AL of VERTICAL would be an excellent use of the brand.

This is getting closer.. the graphic sun and mountain helps to convey the adventure message but not necessarily health. Colors are okay. Try a different font.
