Very cool design! we like #28 better. Can we make a few revisions to that?:

Refine the O in North...need to have less going on.
Love the roof line!
North Star needs to be two words. Can we put a small star between them?
Can you make 'Realty Group, LTD' yellow? same yellow you have in #31

personally, this is my favorite logo. but there is 3 other people in the office! what do i do????

Change the O in North. Lets see one with just he points coming off it (no star in middle). Another with no points and no star in middle.

Keep all else the same...looks damn good!
