Is it possible to have the logo with and without the tagline? Will we have both versions?

Also-when we use the logo for letterhead how will we match our address and telephone number to the logo? What font would we use or would you be able to create that text for us as well? Basically...a logo for business cards, website etc. and then a logo that we could include matching text (color and font) for our letterhead.
